Hello All

My wife found this jar in her mother's basement. It seems to be hand painted and there is a makers mark on the bottom. It looks like part is missing.

There are no other markings on the jar. Any help in identifying this would be great.

Hi ,

What you have there is a Chinese jar but it is decorated in
moriage style and thats japanese. So looking to the motief
is Chinese its made in china Swatow. We can say  that its

recent made Probably 1960s to 1970s


The Mark says: Zhongguo Chao Cai - "China, Swatow, Enamels".
