These figurines are a mystery. Made in Hungary. Style of Margit Kovacs but not her usual mark. Handwritten initials which I cannot decipher. They are about 4 1/2 " tall. They are terracotta and very cute. Has anyone ever seen these initials before? I have been searching for about 3 weeks and have had no luck. Some say they are Margit Kovacs and some say they are not. I cannot find anything in her handwriting. I need help and the museum in Hungary says they don't know because they just exhibit her work. Anyone have any ideas?
