The stamp on my pottery wall hanging tiger mask is not all there.  I can make out the letters ORKS above the letters ET above "something" in front of 4011 above something ending in s.org.  The design is a square with a hand and a bird's head inside it.  Like the hand is grabbing the bird around the neck?  I think it's African but I'm not 100% sure?  HELP!
