Curious as to maker and age.  Thanks for any help you can provide!  I know the pic needs to be rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise.

It's Japanese Kutani. I'm still learning Japanese and am not sure what the 2nd 2 characters are, but the first two are definitely Kutani
