I found a swan-shaped dish.  It has the word Colombia on the bottom, plus a fancy lettered word that looks like SULIN or SULIM.   There is also an oval that has the image of a swan or some sort of bird in it.   The dish is smallish and has three (3) small quarter size indentations in it.  I have had NO luck finding out anything about this unusual looking piece. 

I am just basically trying to find out ANYTHING about this unusual looking swan-shaped piece.
