What KPM is this?

Hi, bought a set up 10 cups, 12 plates for cups, creamer and sugar cup. Have searched but not found out anything really useful about these markings. Here are some pictures:

The figure in the top right corner of this picture is on all cups and plates.

Here you see the whole plate and pattern.

Does anyone know who made it and if it is a fake/knock-off or something real?
