I need an id on a makers mark. I have a cat and a dog... obviously a pair...they are both carrying baskets of flowers and the dog has a cigar in his mouth. I believe them to be from Germany and quite old.
The mark is two slanted parallel lines with a styalised s over the top that is heavier on the bottom, this is painted on using glaze. They also have an insized mark that is a fancy Y sort of.
Would appreciate it if anyone can help.
