T Mark on Vase

Hi, does anyone recognise this mark on the bottom of a vase.  Any information even about the possible age or style of vase would be appreciated.  Regards, Emma

Westerwald is a German Region with 100s of Potteries

Hi, Your nice vase is Japanese, Satsuma style and dates to around 1920, Taisho period. The mark is upside down and the bottom character would probably read ...zan, the first character is rubbed and difficult to say what it is. Cheers, Keith
