Signature IDs

These marks are signatures that have been identified (or, sometimes, attributed with great probability) to a potter, company, or studio. Credit is given to the person who made the identification.

Campbell, Bill

Bill Campbell.

The original photo was not clear, but computerized manipulation of the image made the signature easily identifiable. Another example of his signature has been added for purposes of comparison.

Schäffenacker was probably one of the most prolific German studio artists of his time, 1000s of forms and glazes came from his studio, his work commands a high price. this is another signature often on wall tiles and smaller pieces
