Dark blue vase with applied flowers and vines; unknown signature

This is a mottled dark blue glaze on the vase, which is about 4-5 inches tall and wide. I do not recognize the signature on the bottom nor could I find anything similar.  Any opinions on the identity of the vase or the artist would be appreciated.
