Hello, I was wondering if anyone recognises this makers mark of this small floral dish? I have tried a number of sources to id this maker with no luck

The stamp to me looks to be a stamp of an island with palm trees - its a signed piece too which makes me think it isnt mass produced

Any idea who made this ?
