I have these 3 small [5 1/2"] Art Nouveau plates that I purchased about 23 years ago in Kansas City, and would like to find out who made them, if possible. They are purportedly from an Art Deco/Nouveau estate in St Louis. #1 and #2 have the same mark and looks like an "anchor" with initials o p, but when inverted looks like a cartoonish "cat or dog" with initials d o, and #3 has another mark. Any knowledge of these plates and their makers would be appreciated.
