I just bought this plate/platter in an antiques shop. Marked "ALGERIE" with diamond shape below. Under diamond reads: N.W.PC with the letter B under that. There is a small circle on top of the diamond with 1V in it. The largest marking in the diamond is R with a raised "a". In the four corners of the diamond, going clockwise, are 30(top) K (right) B (bottom) 3 (left) There is also a 4 stamped on the bottom left of the plate with a 36 (?) below it. Any guesses? My search only brought up Algeria...
