need info on this liquor decanter with black crossed arrows on bottom

hello,
 i have a 12 inch tall liquor decanter with the word brandy on the pink pants, and it  has 2 black crossed arrows on bottom of item with a number of 5329 at bottom of arrows, it also has a label that says japan on it.

Though you don't show a picture of the arrows, I suspect that this, also, is a Homco piece. (See my answer to your question on your other piece.)
