Identified as Wong Lee (or Wah Lee) Production Co. Also seen in blue. (Thanks to C.S. Marshall.)
This mark has been erroneously attributed at times on the Internet to the William Lowe Pottery of England, but it actually represents a subsidiary of the Wong or Wah Lee Int. Co., Hong Kong., founded in 1995.

Identified as Ceramica Talavera Niveiro. (Thanks to Walter Del Pellegrino.)
This was a well known studio in Talavera de la Reina, Spain (not to be confused with Mexican Talavera pottery), active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
