I think the second one is the initials of the hobbyist painter.

the blue one is a russian one for sure... there is the original price mentioned in rubles also..))
at the moment I can't say what factory is it but I'll come back with the information as soon as I find it

in additional to my previous message, I made a mistake saying this is a russian mark, not i twas USSR mark but now it is Ukrainian one: - the porcelain factory located in Gorodnitsa city / Horodnitsa-polish/ still active in producing a nice porcelain.
